Elad Man, one of the founders of "Man-Barak Advocates, Solicitors & Notary", which mainly deals with international commercial law and litigation, received both his "Bachelor of Laws" (LL.B.) degree and his "Master of Business Administration" (M.B.A.) degree, specializing in finance, from the University of Manchester (England). He has a B.A. in political science and international relations and also holds an LL.M (magna cum laude) studied at the Commercial Law Executive Program of Tel Aviv University, in collaboration with U.C., Berkeley, Calif., USA. he is also admitted as a member of the Law Society of England & Wales, qualified to practice as a Solicitor.
The academic research paper he wrote in the course of his M.B.A. was entitled: "The Influences of the Legislative Work over the Main Indexes of the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange". In addition, Elad has written several articles and papers on the subjects of law, sociology and economics and he has explored the appropriate legislation, regarding media ownership, regulation and finance. He is a lecture on this subject and others at various academic institutes.
Elad writes articles, for Israel's leading legal and Israeli Financial newspapers and journals such as : "Ha`Haretz", "Globes", "TheMarker", "Calcalist ", "The Lawyer " and others.
Elad Man is the chief legal advisor of "Hatzlacha”, The Consumers' Movement for the Promotion of a Fair Society and Economy. The overall objective of Hatzlacha is actively to promote and encourage proper civil enforcement of regulation and compliance in the fields of the economy, capital markets, consumer protection and competition in Israel.
Elad Man is a board member of Israel-British Chambers of Commerce (IBCC) and is a member of the Israel Bar Association (IBA) committees of corporations and the capital market, insolvency and liquidation and class actions. He acts as the IBA representative for the relationship with the Law Societies of England and Wales, Scotland and India. Elad Man also, acted as an advisor to the Knesset (Israeli parliament) sub-committee of "class actions new reformed legislation".
